They have certain rights of recourse when an office does not comply with this agreement. For example, you have the right to be reimbursed for any charge that is not authorized or that does not comply with this agreement. We acknowledge that this authorization is granted to TELUS and the financial institution taking into account the financial institution`s agreement to process direct debits against my account, in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Payments Association. Once you`ve set up pre-installed payments, you won`t have to worry about paying your bill on time. If you set up pre-installed payments with your checking account, you`ll need your transit, institution, and account numbers. You can find them on a check or through your online banking. . You formally represent that all of your account information on your pre-authorized payment form is correct and you agree to notify TELUS in writing of any changes to your account information at least 15 business days prior to the date of your next TELUS bill. Payments refused for inaccurate account information are subject to a $25 management fee.

Note: Authorized payments are withdrawn 10 days before the due date of your invoice.
